– 1/2 cup organic, raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar
– 1 and 1/2 cups organic, unsweetened apple juice
– 4 Tablespoons unflavored gelatin ( vegans use 2 tablespoons of agar powder)
1. Heat apple cider and ACV in a small sauce pot over medium heat.
2. Just as the mixture starts to bubble, remove it from the heat.
